Fun in the Sun... and Snow

We decided to bundle up and go outside for a bit today, considering that the SUN finally decided to come out! Here are just a few of the many photos I took... loving that natural light! They may be a touch over-exposed, still getting used to shooting in direct sunlight.  Any cc is welcome!

This last one is a photo of our weeping cherry in our front yard! Can't wait for this baby to bloom!

All taken with Nikon 55-200mm... this was my
1st time using it.

Thanks for stopping in! =)

Great shots. I love the close crop of her face (2nd shot).

Looks like you did a good job in full sun...no shadows on her faces and no squinting eyes. And nice sunflare on the tree shot!

Oh, her snowsuit is soooo cute! I would dress my DS in one like it, but alas...may get some strange looks due to the pink color;) I like overexposed snow pics, just makes that snow nice and bright...just how it is in real life. It's amazing at how blinding the snow can be at times...

OMGosh she looks so cute in her little snowsuit. I love the colors in these even if they are a bit overexposed, it really looks so wintery without being dreary.

Look at how cute she is all bundled up. With all the pink, the color of her eyes really come through and I love that! She is adorable.

The lens flare through th tree totally rocks...I love weeping cherries, and they only get more beautiful as they get older.

What a sweetie all in pink. Such cute shots of her! I love the one of the cherry tree, too, and the way you captured the sun coming through the branches! Nice work!

What a cute pink snowsuit! I love that second photo, she's adorable! I love the last shot, how neat that you caught the sunburst through the branches. And aren't weeping cherries just beautiful? I hope you take some photos once it blooms!

She is too sweet, but I really love the tree photo. Great use of finding the sun and using it to your advantage!
